In the new video "Musicality of the Eye" by Noor-un-Nisa Visual Media, "Cecil Touchon gives a brief description at the Archives of the International Museum of Collage Assemblage and Construction, in Santa Fe, NM of the principles of musicality behind much of his artwork.
Cecil Touchon is an internationally known artist, and is most recognized for his collage based works. He collects the papers he uses in his works from second-hand shops, flea markets and antique stores, as well as street posters and road side bill board paper. Touchon has also been working on an art project using the concept of the museum as art genre, and has archived over twenty thousand works of art from artists all over the world over the last twenty years. Cecil Touchon's art and ideas have been influential on countless other artists.
